The practical terms that govern how ConfigBiz provides — and you use — the service.

1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of ConfigBiz. By creating an account, setting up a workspace or using any ConfigBiz service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. A workspace represents your company's business system. You may invite team members and assign them roles; you are responsible for the actions taken under each account you manage.
3. Plans, billing and payments
ConfigBiz offers both free trials and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos unless stated otherwise. Refunds, upgrades and downgrades are described on the pricing page and in your workspace's billing section. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Your content and configuration
You keep ownership of all data and configuration you enter into ConfigBiz. You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide the service, keep it secure and comply with the law. You are responsible for ensuring the data you store complies with applicable regulations and that you have the right to store it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access another customer's data, probing or testing the security of our systems without authorization, reselling the service without permission, or using it to store unlawful material. We may suspend access in cases of serious or repeated violations, while preserving access to your data so you can export it.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
ConfigBiz, including software, templates, documentation and marks, is owned by ConfigBiz and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business. Industry templates and capability configurations are provided for you to adapt to your own company.
7. Third-party services and integrations
ConfigBiz integrates with third-party services such as payment providers and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, and integration credentials are encrypted and used only to provide the integration you enable.
8. Uptime and support
We work to keep ConfigBiz reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided according to the plan you subscribe to. Nothing in these terms is a guarantee of specific performance, uptime percentage or response times unless separately agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConfigBiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using ConfigBiz at any time and close your account. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination you can export your data during the wind-down window described in our support documentation.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in advance, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, unless the parties agree otherwise.
